Ultra Board and Gator Foam are more durable versions of foam core and have polystyrene and wood veneer surfaces instead of a paper surface. They are structurally strong and moisture resistant, making them good materials for outdoor signage, P.O.P. and exhibit displays, standees, and tradeshow graphics. They are also easy to work with and can be cut, sawed, routed, and die cut, making them ideal materials with which to make cut out letters, logos, and graphics. Prolab Digital can print directly onto Ultra Board and Gator Foam using the UV Flatbed printer. We can print on both thicknesses--.25” and .5”—and up to a maximum size of 54” x 120”. And to add extra durability to the printed surface, we have several over laminates available in matte and gloss finishes, and in different thicknesses.
